Meeting point is the Friedrich Statue at Schloßplatz (49.597813N, 11.004071E) at 18:30. As always, we will try to reach all the bars on our route together. The first stop will be Granny Mac’s if you want to join us later.

Dear ICT students,
We would like to invite you to our game night. It will take place on October 25th from 6:00 p.m. in seminar room 01.021 (Cauerstr. 7, right EEI tower, 2st floor, seminar room). Various board and card games are offered, which you can play with your fellow students but of course you can also bring your own games!
Directions: you go to the EEI building, in the right tower, the tower where the FSI room is, you go up to the second floor and there you will find the room.
If you want to get to know your fellow students from different years and the FSI better, or just for a nice evening, then come along! You are also welcome to bring other fellow students who did not receive the email invitation.
Cheap drinks will be provided. We’ll also order pizza together.
P.s.: At November 7th we arrange a pub crawl. We will write you a separate invitation for this but you can already block the evening in your calender 😉

Similar to the students’ solutions for exams that can be found on the Homepage of the FSI Informatik you can now also find solutions for exams of the Department (EEI) on our homepage.
Here you can find solution attempts by other students. The solutions are intended to make it easier for you to prepare for your exams.
You all may and absolutely should edit the linked solutions. Since we have only just created the solution pads, most of them are still empty. Therefore, we ask you all to participate. Everyone of us will benefit from that.

Currently, some exams are still missing. In addition, some links may be broken or you may not be able to edit solutions by mistake.
Please let us know in any case if you miss something or notice some other error!

You’ve always wanted to know what the FSI is up to or just want to drop by and say hello? Are you looking to connect with other students or do you have suggestions about the programme that you would like to share?
Then just come to one of our weekly meetings!
Right now we are in the middle of preparing for the new semester and could use a little help.
Currently our meetings take place in the FSI room (Room 01.025, Cauerstraße 7, the right one of the towers with the yellow window frames) and/or in Zoom (https://fsv.tf/iuk-zoom). It would be best to ask us beforehand by mail (fsi-iuk@fau.de) or in Discord (https://fsv.tf/iuk-discord) where we will meet that week.

last winter we started a city tour with you in the Franconian metropolis of Nuremberg, which unfortunately was shorter than usual due to heavy snowfall. Therefore we would like to invite you to a continuation of the city tour on 17.06. You were not there last time? No problem! Everyone who would like to get to know the city of Nuremberg better is welcome to join.
Afterwards we would like to have a picnic at the Hallerwiese, so you are welcome to bring a little something to eat and drink, maybe a blanket to sit on and something for entertainment 😀

We are organizing a soldering event again! After a short introduction we will solder together on varios soldering kits such as a binary hourglass.
There will be a german-speaking and english-speaking date. Die registration is available until 18th June 11:55 pm.
